Planning An Event
When planning an event, it is important to determine the goals and objectives the group has approved for the event. Is the main objective to raise awareness or to raise money? Draft a list of tasks and determine the cost, time and people needed to make your event a success. Determine how you will promote your event to other students and community members. Advance planning will make your event a success and ensure you run into less problems as the event develops.
